Mgr.Miroslav Seňan - personal trainer

Qualification: Sport coach for everyone, specialisation in fitness – Qualification Level 5, SM system method (stabilization, spine mobilization), masseur of basic – classical and sports massages, certificate – reflexive back massage.

Focus area: development of muscle strength, muscle mass, body shaping, weight reduction, stretching, removing muscle imbalances.
 
 
Mgr. Pavel Aschenbrenner - personal trainer

Qualification: personal fitness and body-building trainer of level 1 since 4 May NCSC phase 1 courses

Focus area: weight reduction, muscle hypertrophy, fitness and strength development, improving mobility and exibility, plyometric and unilateral training for developing dynamism, endurance development, creating customized diet plans, training after injuries or hereditary illnesses, training for treating Lower-Crossed Syndrome, muscle imbalance, correct posture, etc.
 
 
Martin Vrbjar - personal trainer

Qualification: fitness and body-building trainer of 1st qualification grade, 2nd qualification grade fitness instructor, workshops, nutrition consultant, fitness nutrition supplements, 10 years’ experience in natural body-building, Slovak Champion and 3rd at the INBA World Championships in Natural Bodybuilding.

Focus area:  body forming, weight management, improving physical fitness, exibility, stretching, guidance in nutrition supplements, creating customized diet plans.
